Holding one of the highest positions in Saudi government, as Vice Governor for Strategic Initiatives at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, she’s charged with raising women’s awareness of flexible career options that fit with their professional lifecycle, talents, and aspirations. Concurrently, Maha serves as an advisor to the Minister of Labor where she’s focused on educating, employing, and empowering Saudi youth through driving technology and human capital initiatives that build capacity and also furthering strategic partnerships with the private sector, government, and the global community at large.

Previously, she led the Human Capital Development Sector at SAGIA, an organization committed to fostering investment opportunities that promote academic excellence and a globally competitive workforce.
